• Director: The Director provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Directorate, overseeing its operations and initiatives.
• Deputy Director: Assisting the Director, the Deputy Director ensures the smooth functioning of the Directorate and assumes leadership responsibilities as necessary.
• Heads of Departments: These individuals lead specific departments within the Directorate, including Cabinet Affairs, Political Strategies, and Specialized Services, overseeing their respective areas of focus.
• Team Members: Comprising skilled professionals, our team members contribute their expertise and dedication to various functions and projects within the Directorate.
Our Directorate is tasked with a multitude of functions aimed at advancing governance, fostering political stability, and delivering specialized services tailored to the needs of Edo State’s populace. These functions encompass:
Advisory Services: Providing strategic counsel and support to government officials on matters of cabinet affairs, political strategies, and specialized services.
Policy Formulation and Implementation: Developing and implementing policies and initiatives that address critical issues and priorities within Edo State, ensuring alignment with the government’s objectives.
Coordination and Facilitation: Coordinating cabinet meetings, political consultations, and special projects to facilitate effective decision-making and interdepartmental collaboration.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring the performance of government programs and projects, evaluating their effectiveness, and ensuring accountability and transparency in their implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with citizens, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to solicit feedback, foster collaboration, and promote inclusive governance.
Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis to inform evidence-based policymaking, identify emerging trends, and address pressing challenges facing Edo State.
